Refund Policy

Because we sell freshly baked food items, we do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction means everything to us, and we want you to love your cookies!

If you are not completely happy with your order, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us and request a refund. No need to send anything back — just reach out and let us know.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your items are damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong order, contact us immediately so we can make it right. In these cases, we'll offer you a full refund or a reship — whichever you prefer.

How to Request a Refund To request a refund, contact us at ohsweetie13@gmail.com with your order details and a brief description of the issue. We may ask for a photo of your order to help us improve. Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after delivery will not be eligible.

Processing Your Refund Once your refund is approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at ohsweetie13@gmail.com.

Non-Refundable Items Gift cards are non-refundable.
